Summary:
This role will develop and support centralized Co:brand acquisition marketing strategies and campaign development for non:integrated channels using industry best practices to maximize program growth and profitability. Design and execute non:integrated marketing efforts creating consistency, efficiency and increased focus on improving account performance and profitability.
Responsibilities:

Manage the profitable growth of Co:brand portfolios by identifying acquisition opportunties to impact program key measures. Develop and drive the acquisition marketing strategy to meet portfolio goals while building A/R and maintaining appropriate Risk/Reward trade:off. Assess competivite landscape and adjust acquistion marketing strategies to ensure profitable program growth. Determine optimal acqusition strategies using industry best practices and programs to ensure programs are delivered on time with accuracy, and appropriated tracking to measure campaigns are in place.

Develop and drive the acquisition marketing strategies in support of Co:brand growth working with external and internal teams; (campaigns are aligned with an accounts lifecycle to drive card member engagement). Partner with Predictive Analytics on modeling efforts for prospect segmentation and align offers that drive the greatest return. Complete campaign pro formas partner with Finance, Client Sales on budget to support campaign activities. Read program results and provide recommendations for tests and implement winning programs. Partner with Risk to deliver strategies for pricing tests, line assignments and other tests.

Identify acquisition opportunities to develop new capabilities for Co:brand acquisition strategies; work with Co:brand Product and Capabilities and other internal teams to deliver.

Work with internal/external clients and partners to provide thought leadership and expertise on Co:brand acquisitions strategies and identify new opportunities to drive program growth. Partner with the Marketing Strategy team to lead strategy for Co:brand acquisition programs for new Co:brand clients to maximize program growth.

Manage Co:brand Acquisition Managers who are responsible for coordinating the campaigns aligned with the overarching acquisition calendar. Acquisition Managers work with internal partners to ensure campaigns are delivered as defined, on time with accuracy and appropriate budget /tracking components are in place. Provide direct coaching and on:going feedback for performance and development.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field

A minimum of 7 years' experience of direct marketing experience

A minimum of 3:5 years in credit industy (e.g. Bank Card/Cobrand industry, mortgage.

Proven team leadership experience.

Measurable track record of developing and executing marketing strategies for credit card portfolios leading to significant growth.

Proven experience working with executive:level partners (C:suite experience)
Additional Qualifications:

MBA preferred

Product Management, development, and marketing with analytical, budgeting/forecasting experience a strong plus.
Knowledge

In depth understanding and experience with bank cards/Cobrand card portfolios with an exphasis on marketing management and account lifecycle management
