Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to support our clients who are some of the largest employers in Central Ohio. If you are a technical recruiter who has worked in a fast paced environment, we would like to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
Source qualified candidates to support our Clients through networking, referrals, recruiting databases and social media channels.
Attend job fairs, meetup groups and networking events
Manage existing and find prospective clients
Conduct interviews with candidates, follow:up calls
Create marketing materials, coordinate technical screenings and prepare resumes as needed
Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred
IT Recruiting experience: 2 : 5 years
Proficient in Microsoft tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Independent and driven
Desire to work in a fast:paced, high performing environment
