The Custom Decorating Installer travels to a customer's home and installs custom made soft and hard window and other related custom home products in a timely, complete, safe and clean manner to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Installs Custom Made Window Treatments : You install all types of window treatments based on the consultant's previous measurements and to the customer's exact specifications.
Maintains a Safe and Friendly Work Environment : You know how important it is to maintain a safe and clean work environment for the company and the customer. Your workspace is immaculate and all company tools and resources are kept in pristine condition.
Assisting Customers : Your customers look to you on how to operate and care for their newly installed treatments. Your goal is to ensure their complete satisfaction with the product and your workmanship
Skills and Characteristics:
People skills : You are outgoing and have no problem striking up a conversation with complete strangers. Customer's feel like you are a friend they've invited over for tea
Time Management : You hate waiting for the cable guy to show up. You have a good driving record and are able to navigate your way from point a to b efficiently.
Detail Orientation : You give careful attention to all the details of the installation; being sure nothing is left undone. You take care of the customer's home as if it was your own.
Attitude : You are an optimistic "glass half full" type of person. You can take any situation and make it positive.
