Sr. Manager, Site Search and Optimization (eCommerce Digital Marketing) - Cardinal Health (dublin in Columbus, Ohio For Sale

Great opportunity for a leader with a builder mentality. The eCommerce Digital Marketing team is looking to construct an Optimization specialization that will use a data:driven approach to optimize onsite search, new features/functionality, and visual enhancements. This individual will be responsible for establishing an overall vision for optimization and utilizing short:term capabilities (and road:mapping long:term capabilities) that support that vision. This strategic role will have managerial accountabilities on Day 1 and the team will utilize existing production, analytics, and technology specializations within the department. Responsibilities include: + Establishing an over:arching optimization vision + Assessing short:term and long:term capabilities that support the vision + Collaborating on new optimization process flows within the department + Collaborating on KPI definitions and collection approach + Establish KPI baselines and continuously look to improve against baselines + Optimizing (with a balance of customer experience and revenue maximization): : Relevancy of onsite search results for our customers (products and informational) : Targeted onsite search marketing : Presentation look and feel (colors, styles, etc) : Technology enhancements that will be utilized across the department Required Skills: + Bachelors degree; Advanced degree preferred + 8+ years of experience in related field + 3+ years of supervisory experience + Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a dynamic and creative team to detailed project timelines + Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to a variety of audiences including executive management + Detail oriented team player and strong team management skills + Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment and work collaboratively with colleagues and staff + Interest in the numbers side of science and technology + Previous experience developing A/B testing and optimization campaigns with a proven record of meeting/ exceeding revenue targets + Knowledge of search engine principles: indexing, tuning/weighting, optimization, marketing + Exposure to Site Search success metrics and methodologies for improving the product + eCommerce experience preferred + B2B experience optional + Proficient with Excel + Willing to perform some travel
