Residential Real Estate Evaluator - The Huntington National Bank (Columbus, Ohio) in Columbus, Ohio For Sale
This position will work directly with the Home Lending Loan Center, Appraisal Management Companies, external Appraisers and Retail Branches regarding questions, inquiries and concerns relating to the appraisal product and appraisal review process.
Must be able to work in a high volume environment with minimal supervision while maintaining all production service levels Must be customer service oriented with the ability to work in a multi task environment while maintaining a high-level of flexibility Attention to detail is critical Must be able to meet department service level standards for communication and workflow Be familiar with various appraisal products and forms Must have a working knowledge of real estate principles and real estate valuation A working knowledge of all the loan origination systems (Unifi, ACAPS) and use the systems to post review notes and update appraisal values is preferred, however, training will be provided to become knowledgeable. Must have a thorough understanding of the Home Lending Credit Policy Be able to handle multiple appraisal reviews during a work day Have a good understanding of the Home Lending loan process
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma 1 -3 years Real Estate experience (Appraisal review, Mortgage Underwriting, Mortgage processing). Microsoft Suite and Internet proficient
Other Traits, Characteristics and Experience:
Familiarity with appraisal delivery systems (AppraisalPort, Realac) Knowledge of secondary market guidelines and regulations (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac) Knowledge of Evaluation Policies and Procedures Willing to take Appraisal training classes. Additional Details
