Coastal Ridge Real Estate Partners, a private real estate investment firm based in Columbus, Ohio, is currently seeking an energetic, results oriented Regional Leasing Manager with a competitive spirit to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
:Contribute to the development of firm:wide marketing initiatives focused on promoting residential investment properties (student housing/multifamily) across nationwide sites to both tenants and prospective residents
:Implement monthly corporate marketing campaigns at the property level to support monthly leasing goals
:Focus daily on leasing velocity for all properties, with special attention given to properties that are behind set goals
:Monitor Lead2Lease performance regularly for each property, and provide maintenance and training as needed; monthly audit of ad sources and tracking numbers, attachment library updates
:Oversee social media for all properties in portfolio, and offer training and support as needed; review Facebook insights monthly
:Maintain optimal digital advertising presence for all properties on a monthly basis, including ILS, .edu and Craigslist
:Contribute to reputation management for all properties
:Administer customer service and closing training at the property:level as needed, providing motivation for teams to achieve set goals
:Champion competitive intelligence and analysis in each market, and report on any changes to competitor rates, promotions, collateral, etc.
:Lead the direction and accountability of property:level marketing personnel
:Contribute to the development and execution of annual marketing plans and budgets for all properties in portfolio to support occupancy and revenue objectives
:Serve as a brand champion of the company, ensuring all employees have a working knowledge of the companys vision, values, mission and goals
:Ongoing leadership and creativity related to idea generation that will drive Coastal Ridge forward in the eyes of residents, investors, associates, and our communities
Requirements:
:Bachelors degree and 5+ years of site level property management, leasing or sales experience; Additional consideration will be given to those with real estate investment related marketing experience
:Keen interest in private real estate investment, development and property management
:Proven strong work ethic and ability to work independently
:Experience with design software a plus (InDesign, PhotoShop, Wordpress)
:Excellent attention to detail
:Professional communication skills
:Ability to travel (approximately 50)
