The Property Manager will supervise a staff of 3-6 employees (Leasing Agents, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Techs) at an apartment community. Showing and leasing apartments and making sure all aspects of your property are taken care of. Using your excellent customer service skills to professionally communicate with employees, residents, and vendors. Also using good computer skills to help with marketing activities, generation of financial reports, etc. Minimum Qualifications: - A minimum of 4 years of experience leasing apartments with 2 or more years as an assistant property manager or property manager. - Ability to successfully manage a staff of 3-6 employees. - Good leadership skills and ability to train staff in great leasing and customer service - Not rattled by problems; deal with them professionally and know when to seek help - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Dedication to great customer service If interested, please apply today.
