We are looking for a world-class graphic designer to help us put together a top notch real estate presentation/publication.
You would need to bring BOTH the technical ability to layout this work AND an eye for exceptional design.
This presentation will should be similar to a high-end real estate publication. You, as the designer, will have the freedom to choose the print size (standard, square, etc.).
We have a small library of high-quality images, but may need you to provide a few images as you see fit.
It is essential that coloring is correct. We have a few .eps or .ai files that may need to be changed to the correct CMYK format for this presentation. This will be a required part of this project.
We have completed a rough layout of 24 pages of an 8.5x11 format. It is rough and provides the content that we want for each section. However, you would need to rearrange images to make it your top notch design. If you are selected as a potential designer, we will send you this rough.
Regarding design type: Because this is a real estate publication/presentation we want lots of bright, vibrant home images.
In your response, please include direct links to presentations or publications you have completed in the past. Please, only experienced designers apply.
We do expect you to be responsive and will need daily progress on this file. If done correctly, it shouldn't take a skilled designer more than 1 day.

You can design this in any program you like, Adobe, Powerpoint, etc. Of course, we will be expecting both properly colored (CMYK) print ready version and the original source files as well.
