Maintenance experience with excellent industrial, mechanical, electrical and electronic skills is preferred. A qualified candidate must be willing to increase their skill level through additional education and training per the Lancaster Plant Maintenance Progression Plan.
Job duties will require the team member to perform all aspects of maintenance on the equipment within their classification to include but not limited to preventative, predictive, emergency, routine, and continuous improvement. Team member must take ownership of the equipment in their assigned area and home function to include but not limited to daily inspections, preventative maintenance, lubrication, repair, continuous improvement, and operation.
The work schedule for this position is a ROTATING schedule. Home shift may be 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, and flexibility to work any shift may be required.
Team member must communicate and work with all maintenance, production, purchasing, engineering and management employees to be successful.
Periodically, team member will be needed to perform general maintenance activities outside their classification.
