Leasing Agent - (New Albany) in Columbus, Ohio For Sale

We are seeking for an APARTMENT LEASING AGENT for our larger apartment community, who is enthusiastic, strong and dedicated individual. This candidate should be a professional team player who has strong marketing skills to help make our community successful, is motivated by providing superior customer service, has strong sales and leasing experience and ability to remain organized. You will also support the Property Manager with the daily operations of the property and work an every other Saturday. MUST have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, energetic environment, AND HAVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Maintaining positive customer relations with residents in a friendly & professional manner; - Attract new residents and have thorough knowledge in all phases of leasing apartments - Successful marketing of the apartment community, local businesses and corporate outreach programs and "shop" competitive properties - Assist the Manager with collecting rents - Record weekly traffic and maintain monthly reports to Property Manager - Move-ins and Move-outs - Administrative duties and adhere to established guidelines and policies - Maintains all resident property and vendor files - Computer skills - At least 1 years experience in PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - Possess Strong Marketing Skills - Team Player - Superior Customer Service oriented - Attention to Detail - Able to Multi-Task and work independently - Efficient in Microsoft, Excel and Outlook Progra ms EXCELLENT COMPETITIVE HOURLY PAY PLUS COMMISSIONS AND GREAT HEALTH BENEFITS!
