Financial Analyst, Real Estate Accounting - Fashion Industry Opportunity - (New Albany) in Columbus, Ohio For Sale
Responsibilities: Payment Audit & Research * Analyze invoices for lease language for compliance & cost savings * Correspond with landlords to reconcile accounts & dispute incorrect charges * Review & understand legal lease documents * Partner with Real Estate Legal & Real Estate Dealmakers to investigate concern malls Financial Process Responsibility * Project and budget international & domestic real estate expenses * Perform variance analysis for close,projection & budget * Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis * Comprehend lease accounting standards * Financial review & statutory audit involvement for multiple countries Qualifications * BS in Business (Finance, Accounting, etc.) * 2+years of relevant accounting, tax, real estate, and/or auditing experience * Strong MS excel skills * Creative approach to problem solving with a humble, team-oriented and optimistic attitude * Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment * Experience working with lease management software and PeopleSoft financial systems * Self starter, able to drive projects to conclusion and work effectively with avariety of people at various levels within the company * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Foreign language experience is a plus (Spanish, Italian, French, etc.) Abercrombie& Fitch Co. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
