Responsibilities
:Shipping and Receiving dock processing
:Internal mail sorting and delivery
:Special meeting set:up and tear down
:General clean common areas as scheduled
:Painting (interior walls, trim, ceilings, etc) and repair walls
:Plumbing (faucet and water closets repair, minor copper soldering)
:Drywall installation and repair
:Telephone and PC cable installation
:Module furniture installation and repair
:Exterior grounds maintenance (Snow and Ice removal)
:Minor equipment usage and repair
:Minor electrical installation and repair
:Will be required to work in multiple facilities when needed
:Provide break/lunch coverage for Safety Services front desk
Qualifications
:Effective computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
:Effective communication skills (oral and written)
:Hands on experience with (painting, drywall, minor electric and plumbing, cleaning, and carpentry)
:Ability to work independently
