Asset Management Oversight & Controls is seeking to employ a Vice President Identity and Access Manager to support the Roles Based Access Control (RBAC) and Profile Management activities. The Candidate will be responsible for leading programs, as well as the AM Center of Excellence (CoE), related to the creation, implementation and ongoing support of access roles and profiles, and systems supporting Role/Profile Management, globally. These programs will be multiyear, and consist of driving the migration of Asset Management applications and related infrastructure to strategic role/profile management toolsets. The CoE will be an ongoing BAU activity. The Candidate will report to the head of Access Controls for Asset Management. Specific responsibilities include: • Oversee all AM programs aimed at defining and implementing Roles and Profiles • Coordinate between AM and firm wide Role/Profile programs, to ensure consistency of approach • Lead the ongoing AM Center of Excellence for Roles/Profile Management • Partner with other AMAC leads to ensure systems integration with existing AMAC tools and processes • In partnership with the AM IAM Steering Committee, define target state for AM Roles Management each year, and ensure completion of activities to achieve target state. Qualifications: Skills Required: • 5-7 years project management experience • 5-10 years IT or Operations Risk/Controls and/or Access Management experience • Knowledge of access management principles and constructs, including RBAC • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to drive execution across matrixed and global organization Skills Preferred: • Understanding of audit practices related to access management • Background in security design and/or architecture • University Degree, Bachelor degree or higher • Knowledge of Asset Management products and services • PMP, CISA or CISM certifications
