Job Description:
We are currently holding interviews for an Executive Kitchen Manager (EKM) / Chef position for a high volume, fast paced casual dining restaurant. Compensation: 55,000 : 70,000 + Bonus
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Executive Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef high volume casual dining concept
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a scratch made environment
- Must be able to lead, direct and mentor an entire BOH team
- Must exhibit good tenure at prior employers (please explain any extended gaps over 2 months)
- Current restaurant management experience is required
- Must be willing to work all shifts, opens, mids and closes.
- Desire to grow your career in the restaurant industry with a passion for the business

- Excellent at guest relations
- Adept at PNL and cost controls
- Enjoy working in a high energy team environment
- Must pass a comprehensive background check
