I have had the furniture since May of this year and the furniture is still in really good condition none of the pieces are broken and it does not have any scratches, dents, or dings. I fell inlove with the suit and was going to keep it. The suit is made by Ashley Signature Furniture and is very durable I have all the pieces to reassemble the furniture and it does not require a drill or any other heavy duty equipment the holes are already drilled in the suit. I also kept the extra items that they give to you in the assembly kit for the suit. The suit is ready to go and may be picked up whenever you are ready to come get it.
