I have a beautiful sofa for sale for $225. I just bought it a few months ago but decided to go out of state for school so I'm stuck with it. There are a few spills on the right arm but I'm sure it's easy to clean up; I just haven't had the time. There's also two decorative pillows that come with it! VERY comfortable!!!! I need sold ASAP because I'm leaving this weekend. Also, you must be able to pick it up from my third floor apartment (Aprox. 25 steps).
