We DON'T share our leads with other companies. We average 50%+ closing rates on our Pre-Qualified Leads. Why waste valuable time prospecting for people you hope might want to buy Insurance? Position Details include hiring of License Life Insurance agents or hiring and training non-licensed people. Managers make overrides on all sales performed by agents they hire.  Managers can sell as well. Part-time managers can make over $100,000 / year by hiring 7-8 writing agents.
