We are looking for an individual who is, or desires to become, an active or passive Real Estate investor. PLUS, we offer a competitive compensation program that will pay you what you're worth twice a week. If you already have Real Estate investment experience, you may also have what it takes to form a branch of our nationwide company in your area.
DESCRIPTION:
Candidates have the opportunity to explore various aspects of Real Estate investing while working with mentors. When developing your portfolio, we offer positions as Sales Associates to assist in enrollment for our partnering real estate investing college.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn real estate investing strategies and network among other developing investors
Develop personal investment goals
Extensive training and support (Webinar training, lead generation training, affiliate training, presentation materials, marketing materials, etc.)
Implement lead generation strategies for new student enrollment and review/manage student roster
Once certified and trained, may teach and train other marketers and be compensated for their expertise
COMPENSATION:
We have an unlimited earning potential with training provided;

We can work around your current schedule part time or full-time. This is not a W-2 type position.
No license required and no experience necessary. We look for drive and train for skill. This is a xxxx position allowing you to earn as much as you are willing to work for.

MUST be willing to learn real estate investing strategies, including, but not limited to:
Fix & Flip/Rehabs/Short Sales/Tax Liens/Wholesales /Buy & Hold/Foreclosure/Lease Options
